About Chef Jason

Chef Jason grew up in New York City kitchens and cooked in some of the most exclusive venues in the tri-state area including Bronx Botanical Gardens, Tappan Hill Mansion, The Campbell Apartment at Grand Central Terminal, Apartment 2E on 5th Avenue and Pilot Pen tennis tournament. He credits Abigail Kirsch for teaching him the ropes in off-premise catering and high end cuisine.  Chef Jason was on the pilot team for Andaz 5th Avenue with Hyatt Hotels where he grew his appreciation for event planning and menu development.  

Chef Jason relocated to Fairfield County, CT in 2014 where began cooking for small dinner parties for friends and family.  He is passionate about bringing sophisticated and tailored meals into his clients' homes.  

When he is not researching chef culture, culinary techniques, menus, restaurants and cooking tools, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.  He likes traveling, camping and going to concerts.  Chef Jason's happy place is right on the beach.
